An electorate you cannot count is not an electorate. Registered voters, votes on record, and the append-only history, all public, updating live. While a ballot is open, the record shows who voted and when; which way each vote went publishes the moment the ballot closes, so the score never campaigns for itself.

Points: +10 per ballot voted. Streaks: consecutive days with a vote. Badges live on your account page. It is gamified because turnout is a game, and the format wins when the number goes up.
