One account per Discord identity. One vote per ballot, changeable until the ballot closes on October 1, 2026. Tallies are sealed while voting is open, so nobody's vote is swayed by a running score. When a ballot closes, the complete tally and the full named record publish at once. You vote your read, not the crowd's.
